listened to: the strokes! re-addicted.. love them. They're touring later in the year, seriously considering investing my moolah there :D
ate: mmpastry. green curry. hells yeah real food is great after potato jems for too long!
bought: not too much. a nice top pictured below.. good meat from preston market. and an awesome dress off http://www.daddyos.com/index.html .. its so pretty, hope it arrives for when aarons here :)
watched: 3rd season gilmore girls. sigh.. jess! so cute. also bridget jones today.. that movie always makes me happy for some reason.
played: guitar hero til my fingers couldnt move nearly every day!
On wed hung in Brunswick with Jess & her sister.. did a ridiculous amount of opshopping.
These guys are so similar though they hate me saying it. Their clothes & music taste as well as dedication to school work and interest in art.. its a little freakish!
Some nice street art i saw. it got nicer further up but there had to be poles in the way :(
a shirt i bought. plain black button up.. i kept imagining i had one and deciding to wear it only to discover it didnt exist.. now it does YAY!
Rich & kris's friends came over last night so i made profiteroles :) my first try and they turned out pretty good! i think theyre meant to be crispier but they still tasted great & Renee said she liked them better than the regular type :)
We hired out inglourious basterds.. so good! 5/5 loved it.. won't give anything away because EVERYONE MUST SEE THIS!! but i will say i wish the war had ended this way & it filled me with this crazy american pride ive never felt before
i follow post secret every week, i have for about 4 years now. if you havent heard of it its this guy Frank Warren.. thousands of people around the world send him their secrets on postcards. They can be very funny, sometimes scary and often very relatable.. this is the one that spoke to me the most this week.
Today i crapped around the house. lazy git! did a fair bt of cleaning thought.. then at about 3 i made scones :) yum yum yum! so good. but yes.. that kind of ended my day. once i made them i ate them and watched gilmore girls and suddenly my day was over!
In the process of getting a new laptop.. this ones giving me major issues. But yeah il be so happy once ive got a new one and at that point i think il start the 365 project (taking a photo every day for a year) ive attempted it in 08 and 09 but failed miserably.. lasted til about march each time then missed one and gave up completely. rosie assures me doing it through the website motivates you more. sure hope so!
